We’ll begin with a gentle heart-opening meditation to cultivate self-love and connection, followed by a soothing sound bath designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and other sound tools as you release tension, restore balance, and open your heart to love and peace.
No prior experience is needed—just bring your favorite mat, blanket, or pillow and prepare to relax and center.
