Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, you’ll experience deep relaxation, reduced stress, and enhanced clarity.
No experience needed—just bring a blanket and anything else to make yourself comfortable (maybe your favorite cozy socks) as you immerse in the healing power of sound - the gym floor is one large comfortable jiu jitsu mat so no need to bring a yoga mat unless you'd like to! We can’t wait to share this experience with you!
